Robert was an unusual man. He was born on the Moon. His father, Allen retired as
a Starfleet Commodore. Robert had a somewhat normal childhood. He went to high school and graduated at the top of his class.
His father, Allen encouraged him to join Starfleet, but Robert wanted to do other things. Robert didn’t want to
join Starfleet he wanted to go to Earth and live and study. He never wanted to leave the terrain system. He once
went on a star cruiser to the planet Neptune just to study it. He wanted to be a scientist. The ship had established
a standard orbit of the planet and because the planet was on the outskirts of the system a Klingon bird of prey de-cloaked
and klingons started bordering the ship. An instinct in Robert took over and he jumped the klingon and knocked him down.
The pilot of the vessel managed to get the ship out of weapons range of the bird of prey. Robert has able to get the
klingon into the docking area and then opened the outer door and the Klingon went into space. A Starfleet officer was
on the transport ship doing research. He was impressed with Robert and recommended that he apply for the academy.
Following that Robert after a month did so and was accepted. He
did really well in the first year with studies in Martial Arts and in tactical systems. He excelled in all areas.
In the second year took all of the studies and added science as basically a minor and excelled in the area of temporal theory
and biology. The third year was just a continuation of the first two. His senior year he learned to pilot the Hermes,
Potemly and Constitution Class Starships with a level 4 license. Level 5 is highest one can achieve. He was first
assigned to the USS Hornet a Hermes Class starship he served the ship as the night shift pilot. After three years at
that assignment he was promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade and assigned as the assistant chief of security to the Vulcan High
Command Council Chamber. He prevented three assignation attempts on the Prime Minister and as a result earned the IDIC
Vulcan Medallion. He then was assigned as the Chief of Security of the Earth Embassy on Andoria. He served very well
there as too. From that assignment we was promoted to Lieutenant and was then assigned to the USS Armstrong an Potemly
Class Medical Cruiser. He was in charge of making sure that all cargo was brought on board without incident. He
did well. Once during that assignment the ship struck a mine and he evacuated the bridge and was able to establish control
in the auxiliary control room. He served there for four years and then was assigned to the Jupiter Supply Depot and
was in charge of the security of valuable items. He prevented several theft attempts. He received the Starfleet
Medal of Excellence. After five years at that location he was promoted to Lieutenant Commander and assigned to the USS Hood
as security chief and tactical officer. After serving the ship for two years the USS Hood got into horrible fight and
the first officer was killed. The Commanding Officer Captain Michelle Black transferred him to command and promoted
him to the rank of Commander and to the position of first officer. He did extraordinarily well and after four years
at this assignment he was then again promoted to Captain and made the commanding officer of the USS Hood. In that time
he made contact with the Klingons to try and establish a more peaceful relationship with the Federation. He also was
instrumental in making better contact with the Xindi race that tried to destroy Earth 100 years ago. He fought off several
fighters and assisted in several small Earth Ambassador Convoys. Then he was made the Commanding Officer of the Constitution
Class USS Gateway. During that assignment he discovered the ticon type nebula that allowed a starship to remain undetected
for several hours. After that assignment he was then transferred to the USS Fox a re-fitted Daedalus Class starship. The ship
was very close to the original in design but in capabilities it was very close to the modern Constitution Class. After three
years he was then promoted to Fleet Captain and the USS Fox was made part of the 10th Fleet under the command of
now Admiral Black. The two officers re-kindled their professional relationship. He served Admiral Black for another
three years and during this time introduced the re-fit design for the Constitution Class. After his assignement to the USS
Fox Captain Robert Bell retired from Starfleet.
